June: Selected artists progress to a weeklong producing intensive in New York City to provide the projects with the tools they need to produce Off-Broadway. They are introduced to leaders in the Broadway and Off-Broadway communities and afforded the opportunity to directly converse about the specifics of their show. These are not master classes or lectures, but rather work sessions to help each project reach its full potential.
September/October: Teams load in and perform their Araca Projects.
